I did a few miles before work to Pump Hill in Loughton. This included load of hills past Hainault etc.. From Pump Hill there are great views across Essex and Kent. There was a pub but to my disappointment I forgot to take any money with me :( Still had to rush anyway to get to work on time!! (27/02/2009)
